Who we are. This website is operated by K2024490035 (Pty) Ltd t/a Lumanaire, reg. 2024/490035/07, of 2-6a Lifestyle on Kloof, 50 Kloof Street, Gardens, Cape Town 8001, the responsible party under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). Contact: hello@lumanaire.co.za.

What this site collects. The contact form collects what you type into it: your name, club, role, e-mail address and message. We use it for one purpose: to reply to you. It does not join a mailing list, and it is not shared or sold.

What this site does not do. No advertising trackers and no analytics that profile you. Our hosting provider records ordinary server logs (IP address, pages requested) to run the service securely.

The product is a separate thing. When a club uses the Golf Club Hub product, that club is the responsible party for its members' information and Lumanaire acts as its operator under a written operator agreement. The product's handling of member data is governed by that agreement, not by this website notice.

Your rights. Under POPIA you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for correction or deletion, or object to processing, by writing to hello@lumanaire.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
