The first season
The Founding Clubs programme
We will take at most five clubs in the first season, because every parallel run is hands-on work we do ourselves, and doing it properly matters more than doing it often.
The founding price holds
The tier price a founding club signs at is the price it keeps, for as long as it stays. Month to month still applies; the price simply never moves against a founding club.
A seat at the roadmap table
Founding clubs shape what ships next: their operational priorities are heard before anything is scheduled, and the roadmap is shared with them, not announced to them.
The parallel run, done with you
The import, the runbook, the month-end comparisons: done by the people who built the system, at the club (Western Cape in person, further afield by arrangement), until successive month-ends agree and the committee signs the numbers off.
Named with permission, or not at all
A founding club is named on this site only when it chooses to be. No logos borrowed, no references implied.
The honest trade: a founding club takes a system with no clubs live on it yet, and runs it beside its current system until its own numbers prove it. In return it gets the price, the roadmap seat and the builders in the room. The full state of the product is on the product tour and the HNA status page, limits included.
