  • Debit-order batches, set up for the club's own collection profile and proved in a dry run before the first live collection
  • Card payments as the club's own merchant account connects
  • Xero or Sage journal export
  • HNA via DotGolf, switched on only if HNA issues credentials

Club Plus

For clubs that want everything as it lands.

R7,499/month

  • Everything in Club
  • Food-and-beverage depth, competitions and events, and access control land in this tier as they ship, at no added price
  • A direct line to the people building the product, and a seat at the roadmap table

Named pass-throughs

Payment gateway fees, SMS and WhatsApp delivery once those channels are built and switched on (e-mail is built today), any HNA ISV fee, and hardware (tablets, receipt printers, cash drawers) at cost; the club's existing card machine keeps working. Setup and migration are quoted per club, what a club pays during the parallel run is agreed in that quote, and the parallel run itself is part of the job, not an extra.

Questions a committee will ask

For the treasurer

Who holds the money?
The club. Wallet top-ups, green fees and till takings land in the club's own bank and merchant accounts. Golf Club Hub keeps the ledger, never the money.
What does the auditor see?
A double-entry journal with immutable postings; corrections are reversals, not edits. Journals export to Xero or Sage, which remain the club's books.
What does the parallel run cost?
It is agreed in the setup quote before anything starts. The run itself is part of the job, not an extra.
What if we leave, or you close?
The club's data exports in full, in open formats, at any time, not only at exit. The books already live in Xero or Sage, and there is no annual contract.

For the captain

Can we run handicaps through it today?
Not yet, and we will not pretend otherwise. The connector is built and proved against a mock; it switches on only if and when HNA issues credentials. The club's existing HNA process is untouched until then.
Do we need new hardware for the till?
Any recent tablet runs the till; receipt printers and cash drawers are at cost, and existing ESC/POS printers usually stay. The club's existing card machine keeps working beside it.
What happens when the power goes?
The till keeps taking cash, card and club-account sales on the device and syncs back when fibre returns, priced at the moment of ring-up.
How many clubs are live?
None yet. The first clubs run it in parallel beside their current systems, month to month, and will be named only with their permission. That is also why the first conversations get the builders themselves.
